Any time a call is made to or received from a Pipedrive contact, Kixie automatically displays that contact’s pertinent information (such as name, title, company, deal and deal size, and email address) in the Kixie dialer. Pipedrive contact info can also be edited or updated inside the Kixie dialer during or after the call.
Kixie automatically creates a new contact in Pipedrive any time a call is made to or received from a number that is not associated with an existing contact. The agent who made or received the call will automatically be made the contact owner, and the contact will be given a first and last name (pulled from the CNAM database). These contacts can be edited right inside the Kixie dialer, before or after the call has ended.
